1. Content
1.1 By posting Content to the App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the App. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the App and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the App, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
1.2 You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
2. User generated content
2.1 The user may only add contents (in particular texts, photos, illustrations, symbols, symbols, etc. in any form) to our App, insofar as the rights required for publication on our App are held.
2.2 The user is to refrain from any untruthful, offensive, harassing, defamatory, offensive, sexist, racist, extreme political, extreme religious or extreme ideological expressions.
2.3 The user is not allowed to transfer personal data of other users (eg names, photos, telephone, address data, e-mail addresses, etc.)
2.4 The user may not place any links on websites with illegal content. Likewise, users are prohibited from making any expressions, offensive, harassing, defamatory, offensive, sexist, racist, extreme political, extreme religious or extreme ideological expressions within the App.
3. Accounts
3.1 You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our App or a third-party service.
3.2 You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
4. Links To Other Web Sites
4.1 Christian Singles Chat App has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Christian Singles Chat App shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
5. Termination
5.1 We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms
5.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Christian Singles Chat App its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
7. Changes
7.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
8. Child Safety and Protection

At Christian Singles Chat, we are committed to ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for all of our users, especially minors. To this end, we have adopted a number of measures and policies to protect children from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the standards required by Google Play.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Any activity related to child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited within our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The creation, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Inappropriate communication or contact with minors through our platform.
Users who engage in these activities will be immediately banned from our platform, and their actions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Inappropriate Content Reporting Mechanism
If you find content or users that violate our child safety policies, you can report it directly through the Support section and start a conversation. Upon receiving a report, our team will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and reporting it to the relevant authorities.
Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We strictly comply with all local and international laws and regulations related to the protection of children, including the process for reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
Actions Upon Becoming Aware of CSAM
Should we become aware of CSAM on our platform, we will immediately:
- Remove such content.
- Suspend or delete the accounts involved.
- Report the case to the relevant authorities, including the NCMEC or any applicable regional entity.
